Founded in 2003, Calvert Systems Engineering, Inc. (CSE) is a dynamic 8(a) WOSB supporting NAVAIR Strategic Command at Patuxent River and the intelligence community in the Baltimore/DC area. Services include software and systems engineering, configuration management, quality assurance, and program management. Specialties include C4ISR and signals processing custom applications development. We provide our customers with full software development life-cycle support, including requirements analysis, software design and implementation, and formal testing using CMMI Level 3 equivalent processes and procedures.
